CATALINA SAAVEDRA
Catalina Saavedra is a lawyer at the bar of Lyon and the bar of Bogota.
She joined Avrillon Huet as a lawyer in 2021.
She began her career as a lawyer in the legal department of a Colombian industrial company and then at the Council of State. She then worked at the Commercial Court of Grenoble and practiced as a lawyer of a Lyon firm specializing in corporate law.
She assists clients of firm in business law (equity transactions, acquisitions/disposals, shareholding structuring, commercial contracts).
She speaks French, English and Spanish fluently.
