Benoit Huet

Attorney at Law

Benoit Huet is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and on corporate law particularly in growth-related operations (such as seed and Series A investments, acquisitions, etc.).

He teaches business law and entrepreneurship law to the students of the Master of Science of Management at ESSEC Business school.

He co-founded Avrillon Huet in 2017 after working for 6 years in a boutique law firm founded by the prominent lawyer Jean-Pierre Mignard, where he started as an associate and then became a partner.

Benoit Huet also works with various media, and regularly publishes articles on legal issues related to media governance and freedom of expression. He is a member of the legal committee of Reporters Without Borders.
