CLEMENCE HENRY

Member of the Paris and New York Bar

Clémence Henry is a member of the Paris bar since 2022 and of the New York bar since 2020.

She joined Avrillon Huet as an associate in October 2022 after an LLM at Duke University (North Carolina, USA) and several internships in Parisian law firms.

She assists the firm’s clients in both advisory and litigation matters in the field of business law (commercial contracts, corporate law) and brings extensive experience in matters related to sports law.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master 1 and Master 2 at Paris Nanterre University, in French Law and Common Law (2013-2018)

  • LLM degree at Duke Law University (North Carolina) (2018)
